Hawk Mountain offers unique TEAMBUILDING and LEADERSHIP RETREAT programs to engage, rejuvenate, and inspire groups of all ages! From scouts, to corporate events, to sports teams, to professional development, our fun and challenging TEAMBUILDING activities are designed to enhance communication skills, leadership development, creative problem solving, and cohesiveness in a stunningly beautiful natural setting. 

Hawk Mountain Leadership Retreats are custom-designed to fulfill the specific goals and interests of your organization.

Leadership Retreat includes:

■  Team-building activities designed for the goals and demographics of your group.

• $10 per person/hour; group discount $8 per person/hour for 30+ participants

Leadership Retreat may also include:

■ Raptors Over the Ridge interactive education program, focusing on raptor biology, migration ecology, Appalachian geology, and Sanctuary history.

• $50 for 30-40 minute program

■ Raptors Over the Ridge interactive education program featuring a LIVE BIRD.
$150 for 30-40 minute program

■ Discounted guided hikes through the Sanctuary’s beautiful forested trails, including stunning scenic overlooks.

• $100 for Raptors Over the Ridge & Naturalist interpreted hike to South Lookout
• $175 for Raptors Over the Ridge with LIVE BIRD & Naturalist interpreted hike to South Lookout
• $200 for Raptors Over the Ridge & Naturalist interpreted hike to North Lookout
• $225 for Raptors Over the Ridge with LIVE BIRD & Naturalist interpreted hike to North Lookout

■ Self-guided hikes through the Sanctuary’s well-marked, 8-mile trail system along the Kittatiny Ridge. 

■ Private use of Hawk Mountain’s exquisite, newly renovated Education Building, including kitchen facilities.
