B.A. Graphic Design. Joined Hawk Mountain in 2026.

Sarah grew up visiting Hawk Mountain, and her visits played a key role in the development of her passion for birds and avian conservation across the years. She has a deep interest in avian biology and ecology and looks to nurture a specific set of development/communications skills so that she can influence and enable others to protect birds and nature.

Sarah worked for nearly three years in nonprofit marketing/communications before joining the Hawk Mountain Sanctuary Development Team. She has experience improving digital engagement metrics and supporting successful admissions and fundraising initiatives in a higher ed setting.

As a member of the Development Team, Sarah executes fundraising efforts through donor communications, graphic design, assistance with digital records and CRM management, administrative and event support, etc.

Sarah loves birding, the outdoors, the Northeast, literature, art, and photography!
