Wee Ones Walk: Magnificent Mammals

This month we explore the many different mammals that live in the forest surrounding Hawk Mountain Sanctuary. From the smallest red-backed vole to the biggest black bear, our Sanctuary is home to these incredible creatures. Explore their native habitat with us as we hike around the Visitor Center in search of some magnificent mammals, and learn about them through games, songs, and crafts!
Hawk Mountain Wee Ones Walk is designed for children 3-5 years old. These interactive programs include story read-alongs, nature activities, animal meet and greets and a short outdoor walk.
