Homeschooled students are invited to join us on the Mountain monthly for experiential learning! Topics will focus on phenology of the Appalachian forest ecosystem. Programs are designed for K-12 students and are filled with hands-on learning activities both inside and outdoors.
Whooo’s that calling in the dark of the night? It’s Hawk Mountain Sanctuary inviting you to come discover the nocturnal lives of animals who make the Sanctuary their home. Investigate the different techniques that nighttime critters have developed to help them survive and thrive!
