Authorization Policy 

The President has the authority to execute contracts, financial documents, and other documents necessary to conduct the business of Hawk Mountain Sanctuary Association. If the President is not available, he/she may authorize the director of conservation science, director of education, or business manager to execute a particular document. Additional delegates may be authorized to execute such documents with written approval of the President or Chairman of the Board.
