Columbus Day Weekend

An extra day of fall fun

After a few passing showers on Saturday, the sun will return on Sunday and Monday with North/Northeastern winds. Perfect timing to enjoy the fall migration and our weekend programs, which we will hold on Columbus Day. The trainees, volunteers, and staff will uphold the regular program schedule which is as following:

Outdoor Amphitheater (Visitor Center Gallery in case of rain). FREE.

Trapping and Tracking at 11:30 and 2:30 near South Lookout. Trail fee required.

Binocular Basics at 9:30 and 12:30 near South Lookout. Trail fee required.

Name that Raptor at 10:30 and 1:30 in Laurelwood Niche. Trail fee required.

We look forward to seeing you on the Mountain soon, to take in the beginnings of fall color and the passing raptors!
