Traffic and Parking Detail
Teamwork is the key to keeping traffic flowing through the parking lots. This congenial group also provides information to visitors while enjoying the outdoors.

"Keepers of the Gate"
Gatekeepers greet visitors, check membership cards and tickets. They also provide information about trails, programs and memberships.

Phone Contact
Keeping in touch with members, contacting businesses and other volunteers is important to the day to day operation of Hawk Mountain.

Bookstore
Bookstore assistants have the opportunity to meet visitors from all around the world while assisting with sales and providing information.

Mailings
The highly social mailing crew keeps Sanctuary communications to members up to date by preparing membership, special events and other important correspondence.

General Office
Volunteers provide much needed support to all Sanctuary departments. Computer skills are also valuable in many ways.

Trail and Ground Maintenance
Spring and summer is the time to upgrade trails and grounds for the many hikers and visitors who come to enjoy all Hawk Mountain has to offer.

Education Volunteer
Assisting staff with education programs can lead to opportunities as an education volunteer that includes group introductions and weekend programs. (Training required)

Information/Hospitality
Provide information about all aspects of Sanctuary, i.e., membership, facilities, trails, etc.; indoors, but outdoor option on fall weekends.
