Two Royal Walnut Moths (Citheronia regalis), also known as regal moths, were spotted breeding in our Native Plant Garden by our new bird blind.

Also known as scarlet beebalm, this beautiful red flower is attracting the hummingbirds to our visitors center like magnets! If you've never heard a hummingbird trill before, now is your chance!

A few Common Whitetail Skimmers (Plathemis lydia) were recently spotted dancing around the Native Plant Garden deck. This one stopped just long enough to snap a photo!
