For more than 75 years, Hawk Mountain has operated the 2,500-acre mountaintop Sanctuary and worked to protect and promote birds of prey worldwide. From the beginning, caring and generous members have supported Hawk Mountain with annual donations.

Committed individuals, passionate about conservation, also have implemented planned gifts such as bequests, gifts of personal residences, and payments through trusts, all to help further the mission of Hawk Mountain Sanctuary.

This section of our website highlights a variety of these creative options, describes our Rosalie Edge Society, and introduces you to generous members who have taken the caring decision to make a planned gift. Include Hawk Mountain in your Will

The decision to make a will is a person and caring act that allows you to leave a lasting legacy for nature. Plus, when you think ahead, there are several ways you can support Hawk Mountain:

• Name Hawk Mountain Sanctuary as a beneficiary of part or all of your pension or IRA. When the proceeds are paid they will not be subject to federal income tax.
• Create a named, endowed fund to support a designated purpose such as Education, Conservation Science, the Internship Program, or Land Acquisition.
• Create a charitable gift or deferred gift annuity and receive fixed payments for life.
